For sustainable preservation of water resources, awareness about their importance, how they work, knowledge about the water system etc are required.
March 22 is the world water day. On this occasion La: Tiki- Water Heritage Initiative conducted photo exhibition with various aspects of Hiti - Water Heritage System.
Many students, visitors got the chance to know about Hiti system- our indigenous water heritage system.
Special thanks need to be given to Kathmandu Municipality (Hanumandhoka Office) and WMF (World Monuments Fund) for their support.
