Tusal in Budhanilkantha Municipality in northern part of the Kathmandu Valley.
When site visit done at northern part of the Kathmandu valley. we came across this Hiti at the outskirts of Tusal. As the water flow started to decrease, they constructed a tank at the source path of the Hiti. Now the Hiti is not opened continuously but a controlled water flow help to accumulate water during dry season.
